Welcome to Triforte Solutions. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all website design, development, maintenance, and related digital services provided by Triforte Solutions (“we,” “our,” “us”). By engaging our services or making a purchase through our website, you agree to these Terms.
General Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Subscription Policy.

All services are delivered according to the scope agreed upon during purchase or consultation.
Billing & Payment Terms
Website Design & Development / Other One-Time Services
A 50% deposit of the total invoice amount is required to initiate the project.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and submission of the final invoice.
Final payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.
Maintenance & Support Plans (Subscription-Based)Billing Frequency: Monthly, based on the selected maintenance plan.
Payment Due Date: Within 7 daysof invoice date for recurring invoice customers.
Non-Payment: May result in service suspension until payment is updated.
Cancellation: Requires 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
Plan Changes:Upgrades or downgrades take effect in the next cycle.
Incident Pack (1 or 6 Incidents)Incident Packs are one-time purchases.
Incidents must be submitted via support ticket only.
Each ticket counts as 1 incident, regardless of task complexity within the included coverage.
Incidents do not expire unless otherwise stated.
Incident Packs are non-refundable once activated.

Accepted Payment Methods
We offer flexible and secure payment options for your convenience:
Bank Transfer: Refer to our bank details in your invoice.
Online Payment Methods: Credit & Debit Cards, FPX, DuitNow, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Touch ‘n Go, Boost, Maybank QR Pay, and Alipay via HitPay.
Buy Now, Pay Later: Available via ShopeePayLater (subject to eligibility and provider terms).
Subscription & Online Purchase Options
Maintenance & Support Plans
Subscription plans are available at our Shopify Maintenance & Support page.
All subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
You may cancel your plan anytime through your customer portal or by contacting us directly.
Cancellations must be made before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
If canceled after renewal, no refund will be issued for the remaining days.
Website Design Purchases
Engage our Shopify Website Design & Development services by placing the online order here.
Full payment is required upon order placement.
No cancellations or refunds are allowed after purchase. You may, however, transfer the project to another party who requires the service.
Exclusions
Our service fees do not include the following, where applicable:
Shopify plan & Shopify Point of Sale subscription Fees
Shopify apps subscription fees, where the apps are used for your website
Domain name purchase & domain hosting fees (Check domain name availability and price at with our preferred domain name provider - GoDaddy.com.)
Google Developer and/or Apple Developer subscription fees, if mobile apps are required.
Payment gateway fees (Some payment solution providers charge monthly/yearly fees.) Open an account with our preferred zero-startup fees provider - Hitpay, and enjoy special rates.
Advertising costs (e.g., Google Ad and social media advertisement cost) involved in promoting your website
We will assist you with registration and setup using your own payment method to ensure you maintain full ownership of your assets.
Incident Pack – Coverage & Exclusions

Each incident may be used for:
Troubleshooting website issues
Troubleshooting installed Shopify app issues
Small add-on website features
Product upload (up to 250 products per incident)
What’s Not Included
Website revamping
Website migration
Website design & development projects
Social media or search advertising
Business proposal or copywriting services
Third-party API/app integrations
Shopify POS setup
Mobile app builder setup
Any out-of-scope task will be quoted separately.
Ownership & Handover
Upon full payment, all rights and ownership of your Shopify store — including domains, accounts, and configurations — will be transferred to you. You retain complete control over your assets and credentials.
Service Warranty
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a 60-day service warranty on all completed projects.
Within 60 days of project completion, you may request revisions to ensure satisfaction.
After 60 days, ongoing updates and changes will be available via our Maintenance & Support Plans.
